- The problem that I established in my Essay 4 is that The Working Community do not have benefits in Society, when they are working hard and apporting to the community. In contrast, people who do not want to work receive all kind of subsides from the community and these behavior do not motivate people to grow. The solutions that I posted were:
a) Creation of centers for child care services to the specific working community.
b) Creation of tax credits for the working community.
2. The reasons for how this will improve the community, is that people will be motivate to work and grow in pro of the community.
